Offered for sale is this amazing console table. While it is from the 1980's, it could possibly work in a mid-century modern setting. This is a two-piece architectural Memphis-style inspired piece constructed of brass, chromed steel and stainless steel; the glass top by DIA is 3/4 inch thick. There is a label on the underside of the table that says, Design Institute of America and 65610. This geometric form is a successful marriage of art and furniture (the base looks like a modern art sculpture).
This table makes a real design statement. The table is 27 inches high, 48 inches wide, and 14 inches deep. The table is in good original condition. All of the issues are on the top of the base.
There are a couple of places with minor paint loss, and some sort of pitting. There are some dings on the base as well. The glass is in perfect condition no chips or cracks. Ive tried to show all of the flaws in the pics.
